Applies to Riva Cloud and Riva On-Premise. NetSuite Web Services uses "Governance" rules that control the maximum number of records that can be updated per request. During periods of high levels of data sync between NetSuite and Exchange, Riva may display ExceededRecordCountFault errors in the crmex-log files.
