Create a 1CRM (info@hand) CRM Connection: Riva Cloud

To create a 1CRM (info@hand) CRM connection:

1. Log in to https://www.rivacloud.com.

2. On the Get Started page, select Configure your CRM.

3. On the Select a supported CRM page, select 1CRM.

4. Obtain the following information from your CRM administrator and enter it:

   

   • Your user name and password.

   • Address: The website link to log in to the 1CRM (info@hand) website console, for example https://crm.mycompany.com.
      

5. Select Save.

   The Riva Cloud service attempts to connect to your CRM account with the credentials and connection information that you have provided.

6. Do one of the following:

   • If the connection setup is successful, select OK. The CRM connection is added to your Riva Cloud account.
   • If you experience issues, contact the Riva Success Team.
