Riva for Activity Analytics

Deployment

  Cloud multi-tenant or dedicated (at extra cost)

  • The minimum user count is 25 users
Sync Schedule   5 mins
Email
  • Sync Settings
    • Unidirectional sync from Outlook to Salesforce
    • Automated Sync from both Inbox and Sent Items for matching  CRM-contacts only to capture all points of interaction (inbound and outbound)
    • Sync emails only if matched to existing CRM-contacts
    • Sync emails to Salesforce as "Email Message" object (not "Tasks")
  • Contact creation is available through manual drop folders
Calendar
  • Sync Settings
    • Unidirectional sync from Outlook to Salesforce
    • Auto Sync
      • Sync calendar events only if matched to existing CRM-contacts 
      • Skip calendar events not matched to at least one existing contact
    • Skip Private appointments
    • Sync Window
      • At initial sync: up to 180 past calendar items are created (which amounts to 90 days of historic data in most cases)
      • On-going sync: the rolling window of calendar items created or updated within the past 40 days and the next 180 days (6 months)
        • Past meetings synced to CRM will still appear in activities and be available for reporting purposes, but Riva will only sync updates to meetings when they are made within the 40-day window past the meeting date.
  • Contact creation is available when adding a dedicated category

    • Configurable Option between Automated or Manual Sync
      • If Automated Sync: Automated Sync from both Inbox and Sent Items for matching  CRM-contacts only to capture all points of interaction (inbound and outbound)
      • If Manual Sync: Users to track each email manually. "Conversation Follow" is turned on, and following the manual sync of an email, all subsequent emails in that thread are automatically synced. 
    • Sync emails only if matched to existing CRM-contacts
    • Sync emails to Salesforce as "Email Message" object (not "Tasks")
  • Contact creation is available through manual drop folders
  • Relate (and Sync) Emails to Opportunities available through the "Assign To" folder
Calendar
