Issue
Riva Cloud displays one or two Failed to Load error messages, depending on which connection(s) failed to load.
The CRM connection is to the left, and the email connection is to the right.
Cause
Something is wrong with the CRM connection and/or email connection.
Solution
Contact the Riva Success Team.
