Issue

In Riva Cloud or Riva On-Premise, the following error may appear in the sync logs when Riva is attempting to create a quote in NetSuite.

Cause

The contact has no address or has an invalid address in NetSuite.

Solution

• In NetSuite, ensure that the contact has a valid address in the address field.
