Edit Riva On-Premise Connection to CRM or Email System

To edit a connection:

  1. Start the Riva Manager application.
  2. In Riva 2.4.49 or earlier, in the menu bar, select Setup.
  3. In the right pane, double-click the connection.
     

Notes:

  • In Riva 2.4.52 or higher, existing connections are displayed in the right pane as soon as the Riva Manager application starts. There is no Setup menu option.
  • In Riva 2.4.50 and 2.4.51, the Setup menu option is available by default, in what is called the Classic UI. You can try the new UI, which is the only UI used in 2.4.52 or higher.

To try the new UI it Riva 2.4.50 or 2.4.51:

  • In the Riva Manager application, on the menu bar, select Tools, and choose Try New UI.
    Result: The menu bar is now displayed vertically.
