Removal of Marketo Insights Panel

What does this mean?

Riva is retiring the Marketo Sales Insights CRM integration component and will no longer be offering or supporting it. This module will be unavailable as of August 18, 2018. After this date, the Marketo Insights module in your CRM will display blank.

The core Riva and Marketo sync functionality remains unchanged. Riva will still continue to support the synchronization of accounts, contacts, leads and related information. For supported integration, see our website.

Am I affected?

All Riva for Marketo admins, on all accounts, have been notified of this change. 

What do I need to do?

After this date, the module will display blank in your CRM. Admins will need to remove the module from CRM.
