Improved Delete Safety
On the About Delete Safety page, under Create Support Ticket, we have improved what happens when you select Continue.
- In the previous version of Riva Cloud, selecting Continue sent us the support request as is.
- Now, selecting Continue prepopulates a few fields on the Contact Us form and gives you the opportunity to add various details to the support request before sending it.
Caution: Do not remove any of the information that was prepopulated in the Message box.
Increased user limit
Streamlined registration for the free 15-day trial
Fixed Error Email Notification issue
- In the sync policy, on the General tab, the Error Email Notifications field has been fixed. For a while, the email address entered here was not retained when saving the policy. Now, any changes, additions, or deletions are retained.
