Fix for Default Country Code [or State Code] Not Valid

Issue

In Riva Cloud or Riva On-Premise, one of the following errors may occur.

Default country code not valid: [name of the default country code that does not exist in the Country pick list in your Salesforce instance] - Please ensure default is spelled correctly and Metadata is up to date.

Default state code: [name of the default state code that does not exist in the State pick list in your Salesforce instance] - Please ensure default is spelled correctly and Metadata is up to date.

Possible Causes

  • The default code is not spelled correctly.
  • The metadata is not up to date.
