How to clear NDS advanced attribute value

Question:  Can I use EMU to clear NDS (eDirectory) advanced attribute values?

Answer:  That capability has been added to EMU release 3.6.60.  To clear advanced attribute value(s):

  1. In the "NDS View", select the user(s) you wish to modify.
  2. Right-click and select "Modify Account(s)".
  3. Select the "NDS" tab and the "Advanced Values" button.
  4. Scroll down the list and check the attribute to be cleared, e.g. "Login Expiration Time".
  5. Leave the "Entire Value:" blank.
  6. Repeat steps 4 and 5 for all the attributes that need to be cleared.
  7. Select the "Modify" button.
