Install the Riva Insight Outlook Web Add-In from Office 365 Mail or Outlook.com (Web Browser)

Audience: End users who install the Riva Insight Outlook Web add-in on their own devices from Office 365 Mail or Outlook.com (web browser).

Applies to Riva Insight for the supported web clients: Outlook on the web (Office 365 and Outlook.com) and Outlook Web App (Exchange 2016 On-Premises and Exchange 2013 SP1 On-Premises).

You can also install the add-ins from your Outlook client (Windows or Mac).

To install the Riva Insight Outlook Web add-in from Office 365 Mail or Outlook.com (web browser):

  1. Log in to Office 365 Outlook.

  2. Open any email.

  3. In the top right of the email, in the Actions bar, select the ellipses: [...].

  4. Near the bottom, select Get Add-ins.

  5. In the window that appears, near the top left, select My add-ins.

  6. At the bottom, select Add a custom add-in, and choose Add from URL.

  7. Enter one of the URLs listed at https://kb.omni-ts.com/entry/1999/#To-obtain-the-Riva-Insight-Outlook-Web-add-in--use-one-of-the-following-URLs.

    Expected result: The add-in appears.

  8. If you do not see the add-in, refresh the browser tab.
