Manage Users in Riva Cloud Corporate

Add one or more target users to Riva Cloud Corporate

Note: If adding one or more users is the only change you are making to the sync policy, you do not need to disable the sync policy.

  1. Near the top left corner of the User Manager, select Add User.

  2. On the New User page, provide the details for the new user.

  3. Select Save.

    The new user is added to the User Manager.

  4. For every user you want to add, repeat steps 1–3.

Remove a user from Riva Cloud Corporate

Users are not normally removed from a Riva Cloud subscription account. Riva Cloud administrators can instead disable a user, which

  • immediately stops the data sync to the disabled user and
  • makes the user's license available for reassignment to a new user without increasing the license count.
