GoldMine Error: Unable to Execute Command

Issue

Both GoldMine and Riva have been moved from the same 32-bit Windows system to a 64-bit Windows system. After the Riva service is started, the logs display an error similar to this one:

2019-09-09 13:37:02,714 ERROR [CTP-lny #0] [FUVVSJ6W2CPD] Unable to execute command

Omni.Connection.GoldMine.x0de2eb8c8fdd1401: Unable to execute command ---> System.BadImageFormatException: Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {270BA898-891F-4EE6-B61F-F9BC1F3D3031} failed due to the following error: 800703e6.

Cause

Some files are missing on the new server.

Solution

Copy the following .dll files from the GoldMine Server directory to the new C:\Windows\SysWOW64 directory for which both the GoldMine and Riva server were installed on:

gm7tp32.dll
gm7s32.dll
Xalan-C_1_10.dll
XalanMessages_1_10.dll
gmssl32.dll
