Riva Cloud and Riva On-Premise both give you access to Riva's advanced server-side, transparent CRM to email sync. You can choose to implement Riva Cloud by using our Software as a Service option, or you can install Riva On-Premise on a server in your data centre. Which is the best option to choose? Both have their advantages.

Riva Cloud is hosted in the Amazon Cloud. It provides the same sync functionality as Riva On-Premise. Riva Cloud is ideal for customers who do not want to install and manage Riva On-Premise on a server in their environment.

Riva On-Premise is installed on a Windows server that is managed and maintained at your location. Riva On-Premise is most often implemented for larger deployments on high security networks, and in environments with IT staff to manage the Riva server.
