Contact Required Fields: Configuration Guide

Riva administrators can specify email contact record fields that must contain data before Riva can sync new contact records to the CRM.

To specify required contact fields

  1. Start the Riva Manager application. On the menu bar, select Policies. In the right pane, select a sync policy for editing.

  2. On the Address Books page, select Configure Required Fields. In the window that appears, select the contact fields that must contain data before Riva can sync the contact.

    If the selected field has no value in a contact record, Riva does not sync that contact record.

    Note: This additional filtering option does not affect previously synced contact records.
