Riva logs the appointment start time for each sync event.
Default Behaviour
- If the user's timezone is available, Riva shifts this time to the user's local time zone.
- If it is not available, Riva optionally shifts the timezone to the server local time.
- If the user's local timezone is not available, server local time should be the default.
Logs show the Start Date in 2015-02-11 13:00-07:00 format for the local timezone or any defined timezone (for example, Eastern or Central).
UTC (Zulu) Time
To force Riva to write appointment start times to the log files in UTC time only
Sync.Crm.SetDefaultDisplayTimeZoneToUtc = True (Set to "False" by default.)
When this option is set to true, the logged start time displays a Zulu (UTC) time, for example 2015-02-11 20:00Z
Applies to
- Riva On-Premise 2.4.39 or higher
