Riva Live supports connecting to SalesLogix. This is normally used to connect to an instance of Sage SalesLogix Cloud.
To create a SalesLogix Connection, you need the following information from your CRM administrator:

The IP address or FQDN name for the SalesLogix server.

Your user name and passwords.

The website link to login to your SalesLogix WebClient, e.g. https://209.201.1.12:3333/SlxClient.
Once you have provided the information, click the OK button. The Riva Live server will attempt to connect to your CRM account using the credentials and connection information provided. If the connection works, the CRM connection will be added to your Riva Live account.
