Audience: Riva Project Team Lead, Riva Administrators, and End Users.

Riva Insight is an exciting addition for Riva Cloud or Riva On-Premise clients and users. Riva Insight offers the following features:

Riva Insight Panel

The Riva Insight panel is a mail-client panel that displays

  • Real-time, context-aware data from the CRM (company and contact information);
  • Tiles (links to relevant third-party information); and
  • A Search field for other CRM contacts and organizations.

The Riva Insight panel displays context-aware CRM data when you select

  • a contact,
  • an appointment,
  • an email, or
  • a task.

The context-aware data is used by the tiles, so that when you select a tile, it can display data related to the company or contact.
