The Insights panel is a mail-client panel that displays
The Insights panel displays context-aware CRM data when you select
The context-aware data is used by the icons, so that when you select an icon, it can display data related to the company or contact.

Note: The Insights panel does not sync information. It is Riva Cloud or Riva On-Premise that syncs the data from the CRM and passes it to the Insights panel for display.
