Add non-default folder synchronization to mobile devices

Overview

Enabling mobile devices to synchronize email to additional folders will allow your users to access the advanced email summary views and Riva ConnectBar feature for CRM opportunities, cases, quotes, etc. 

See the device manufactures user manual for directions on enabling non-default folder synchronization and email viewing in non-default folders.

Windows Mobile

iPad

To view emails in folders on your iPad, go to Settings > Mail Contacts and Calendars > Select your Exchange account > Scroll down the page until you see "Mail Folders to Push" and select the folders in which you want to view emails.

iPhone
